Hello, my name is Marlene Nelson, the founder and owner of Marlene Nelson Family Home Daycare. I was born and raised in Haiti and moved to the United States in my early 20s, where I began a beautiful new chapter of life with my husband. Together, we built a loving home and raised our three wonderful daughters.
With over 15 years of licensed experience, I’ve dedicated my life to nurturing and educating young children in a safe, caring, and family-oriented environment. My goal has always been to provide more than just childcare — I aim to create a space where children can grow, learn, and thrive while feeling loved and supported every step of the way.
At Marlene Nelson Family Home Daycare, we focus on preschool readiness, daily devotion, early development skills, and potty training assistance. Each day, we engage children in hands-on learning that helps build confidence, curiosity, and a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
I earned my Child Care Education from Palm Beach State College and continue to further my education to stay up-to-date with the evolving needs of early childhood development.
